General Cancellation Policy:
- All tours, activities, and local experiences booked through Tourla Cappadocia can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will only be eligible for a partial refund.
Hot Air Balloon Rides:
- Due to the dependence on favorable weather conditions for hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia, the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority reserves the right to cancel flights for safety reasons.
- In the event of a weather cancellation on your booked day, Tourla Cappadocia will work diligently to reschedule your flight for the next available date.
- If a rescheduled flight is not possible due to your travel limitations, a full refund will be issued without question.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking:
- Credit card: Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for the booking. Please keep in mind that, it may take 5-10 business days to receive to your bank account.
- Cash: Refunds will be issued in cash upon your request.
